What is DMPonline.be?

DMPonline.be is a web-based platform hosting multiple DMP templates tailored to the requirements of various funders (e.g., BELSPO, Horizon Europe, FNRS, FWO, ERC, etc.). The platform is available to researchers affiliated with French-speaking universities in Belgium, most Flemish universities, and their research partners. External collaborators can also contribute via their ORCiD accounts.

Each template is organized into sections and questions and is supported by specific guidance—either provided by your institution or from the DCC.

In Practice

Accessing the platform:

• Log in with your university credentials or your ORCiD account.

Creating a plan:

• Once logged in, choose the relevant funder’s template and select your institution to receive the appropriate guidance.

Collaborating:

• You can share your DMP with research partners and assign different roles (e.g., read-only, edit).

Exporting:

• Plans can be exported in multiple formats for submission or archiving.
